How To See The Night Sky With Your Desktop Computer

If your like me and love to look up at the night sky and wonder about all the stars and then that sore neck begins to get you down –well- now you can view the night sky right in the comfort of your home.

However, you will need a computer to do so. And Stellarium is for you.

Stellarium is a planetarium software that shows exactly what you see when you look up at the stars. It’s easy to use, and free. Licensed under the terms of the GNU General Public License, available for Linux, Windows, and Mac OS X. It uses OpenGL to render a realistic projection of the night sky in real time.
